EVENT COORDINATION

Comerica Bank

I was a member of the United Way Spirit Team in 2024 and 2025. In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I assisted with planning two major fundraising events as part of our United Way campaign. One event was an Olympic-style competition featuring a chili cook-off, dessert bake-off, ping-pong tournament, cornhole tournament, and e-game competition. Employees paid an entry fee to participate, with all proceeds donated to United Way.

We also partnered with the Texas Rangers to host a private event for employees at Globe Life Field, which included meeting Texas Rangers alumni and the opportunity to hit baseballs on the field. Attendees paid an entry fee to participate. Together, these events contributed to achieving our fundraising goals of $1.6 million in 2024 and $1.8 million in 2025 in employee contributions.

Simon Property Group

Assisted with planning and coordinating four holiday activations in December 2024 at Allen Premium Outlets, designed to drive increased weekday foot traffic. The activations leveraged local influencer partnerships and content whitelisting to amplify awareness, generating over 100K views. Promotion was supported through organic and boosted social media content, along with on-property signage to maximize visibility and engagement.

JP Fitness

Planned and promoted community-driven events, including the Turkey Trot 5K and the JP Games member appreciation event, developing a strong sense of community while driving increased member engagement and retention. Managed community partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns, including Commit to Fit, generating $12K in incremental revenue and strengthening local brand presence.
