Next Best Offer is an email campaign developed in collaboration with our Data Analytics and Sales Enablement teams to support a coordinated calling effort alongside email outreach. Using customer behavior data, we deliver targeted marketing recommendations that suggest additional products customers may benefit from based on their existing Comerica Bank portfolio. For example, if a customer holds a Platinum Circle Checking account, which requires maintaining a $50,000 average daily ledger balance, the data may recommend opening a HYMMIA, which requires a minimum of $15,000 in new money.
